One of my greatest mistakes was having decided to purchase one of their properties not having had the opportunity to have take away and read the small print. I knew about the charge about the £200 annual ground rent they charge which I reluctantly accepted. Please note my father pays a paltry £5 a year ground rent for his house and most of you will be paying a similar negligable amount.
