Unbelieveable -- the UPS tracking website showed my package out for delivery at 8:00 am 7/10/09. The delivery showed on time unti 1:19 pm when it showed an exception and that "recipient rescheduled delivery for 7/13/09". I took an entire day off work so that I could receive the package and the UPS person said "that's just how it is where you live and you aren't getting your package today." So who is going to reimburse me for the lost day of work? read full review »
