Ordered a "free sample" and agreed to pay shipping/handling of $3.95. They charged my credit card $87.13. I called the toll free number dozens of time and was always left on hold. The customer support web-site required me to enter my credit card number again, which I declined to do. With help from my credit card company, we finally reached a representative who stated that I should have canceled the product order (before I received the product), to avoid the charge.
