I purchased fenders from them. Since he is in college he was unable to schedule installation of the fenders until later in the year at Christmas break. However when we arranged to have an installer handle the work this person said that the fenders were so shoddily constructed that he would not install them because they could come apart causing damage or worse. We brought this complaint to them on May 29, 2009 and after some timethey replied that they needed additional information including a letter from the installer.
