Cancelled subscription on 5/27/09 and was told my money would be refunded within 3 - 5 days. It is now 7/10/09 and I still have not recieved any monies back to my account. I call these people every 3 days, ask to speak to a supervisor and they are always busy. Again I hear that we assure you the money will hit your account in 3 - 5 business days. I am totally appauld that a company can get away with this type of scam. They need to be total shut down and punished to the fullest extent.
