I bought a screened gazebo for $325 which collapsed from rain the day after I put it up. Harrows refused to return, refund or store credit me for this. They said I should have known that it isn't supposed to be out in the rain. After 1.5 hrs assembling it I wouldn't expect to have to take it down for rain. They were rude and I'll tell everyone I know not to shop there, they don't stand behind their merchandise. They're not the Harrows of old. read full review »
