Regus group are defrauding tenants. Regus gave me a lease with the amount I agree to pay. However, after locking me into a lease they show up with a new bill for twice the amount. There were all of these hidden cost and to top things they charge me what they call state and federal taxes on the furniture inside the furnished office I rented. Example of hidden cost, they charged me $66. plus tax a month to use the telephone which comes with the office. They charged me tax on the furniture inside the office.
