This will be printed and CC to Department of Disabled Veteran Affairs and the VA Loan Department...to let them be aware, of bad business and credibility in keeping one's word...in a dispute when a customer/consumer has been verbally told...a credit will be issued by the claim department...but then told to mail a letter for file, in whereas...it now Becomes...a 'request' I called in and had to make two work orders...verbalizing that I had an issue with a continual leak on my front hose connection..which I feared would burn... read full review »
