I can't even begin to explain about ONE TERRIBLE EXPERIANCE it's been being a DirecTV www.directv.com customer.It's been a TOTAL NIGHTMARE, I MEAN IT. I have never been pushed so over the edge. It seems like me that there is management problem with DirecTV company all together. Before I share what has actually happened, I must share that when there is an issue, I COULD NOT ONLY GET ANY REP TO RESOLVE A PROBLEM, I COULD NOT EVEN GET A MANAGER IN BILLING TO HELP.
