I had ATT for over 10 years for wireless service. My contract was due to expire in 2 months. I was told the contract would be prorated for the two months I had left. I received the next bill and notice the termination fee on it, was told by the customer service rep I would see the adjustment on the next month's bill. The next month's bill came and the full $175 termination fee was still on bill. I have written AT&T several times and they haven't responded to my letter.
