Every time I visit the Smyrna Dunkin Donuts or Baskin Robbins, no matter what time of day, i feel like I am in the middle of a school playground at recess. Rarely do I see a manager or authoritative figure present, the music is always set to play hard core rap and is inappropriately loud. i keep giving both stores chance after chance hoping things will improve-even after i spoke to a manager- blonde hair and a slim build.
