When I signed up for dish network(unfortunately before I read the pages and pages of internet complaints)my salesman assured me their own employees do the installation, not a subcontractor. I was at work when the sub contractor showed up. My wife was at home and was unaware he was a subcontractor. He fastened the satellite cable to the shingles(yes the shingles)and ran the cable across front and back portion of my roof.
