My phone was stolen one day. I called to report it and use the insurance that I had on the phone. The guy was very friendly and suggested I sign up for the family locator plan to see if I could identify my phone's location. That didn't work because it was turned off. So, I asked him if I was going to get charged and he said that he took care of everything and it wouldn't be linked to the new phone that I was going to receive. 4 months later I see that it's on my bill. $5.99/mo for a service that I didn't even use... read full review »
