I applied for and received pre-approval for a home loan on Jan. 11th, 2009. I received a letter from Bank of America dated Jan. 15th, 2009 stating my loan number and assuring me that a "Home Services Specialist" would be contacting me "shortly". Nobody ever called and on March 4th, 2009, I was able to get a name from the generic Customer Service Phone Number after waiting on hold for exactly 33 minutes. The contact person J.
