The company is charging us for a sports package that was cancelled by us. Customer service is horrible! They must be trained to deal with people by a bunch of rip off artists. You can't get anywhere with them. They don't want to hear about your problem. They are there just to monitor your call. I can't wait to get rid of this company. read full review »
