I called the phone number given on packing slip- 1-866-964-1011. I used both cell and landline. Finally got live person named "Roselio" communication was very garbled and had to speak slowly and loudly. I told him he was breaking up alot like he was speaking to me on a cheap telephone. (While waiting on line for help I listened to garbled and broken up garbage that was supposed to be music for 6 to 9 minutes.) I finally was able to tell him to cancel my home delivery service.
