Your Terms and Conditions state you have 15 business days to cancel trial. I ordered on Dec 8 and received product on Dec 29 via usps first class mail. I called on Jan 5 to cancel the order to ensure my credit card is not billed for the next cycle since I haven't even had a 2 week trial period with the product before you would bill me. I spoke with Ian in Customer Service and received a confirmation cancellation #769416-1728042.
