I have been dealing with a lawyer, Kevin Padrick, who knowingly took advantage of a business, Summit Accommodators, Inc. dba Summit 1031 Exchange, that was having liquidity problems by selling himself and his companies, Obsidian Finance Group, LLC, services to them.
