Incident We have been on cruises before and choose the Carnival Imagination because of our 8 yr.old twins. Well first off the ship has poor customer service, wait staff is poor, they have only one deck they serve a buffet on and it is crowded. When you ask a staff member a question they don't know anything or cannot understand you. Asked several times for a comment card never received.
