My Brother died in March of this year. I called Drive Finance to let them know that my payment would be late because because I had to help with funeral payment. I was told to send a copy of the Death Certificate with my payment to avoid late fee. Well I did just that and when I went to purchase a vehicle I was told the could not help me because Drive Financial reported me being deceased.
