I have been trying for two months to get a replacement bulb for my TV from Repairtech. They have, on two occasions, suggested that I try to extend my warranty with the manufacturer so that the claim is not covered by them. I received an address for the facility that processes the bulbs but it turned out to be false and undeliverable. They have repeatedly avoided my calls and do not return messgaes left on their system.
