I had bad experience with La Z boy Sugarland. I bought 3 items (2 reclyner + 1 sofa) from the la Z boy store sugarland (w/ sales name: steve) to ship to Indonesia last year. When they're arrived, I found that 1 (one) of item, reclyner was changed with another series without any confirmation or permission from me (CD871372 to C845168), moreover I'd paid with different prices on my order. I am still questioning, is this the way they sale their stuff to people or customers, especially when the customers are coming from outside country?... read full review »
