I thought that these people would be out of business considering how they conduct business. the customer service people are a step beyond rude... they are just mean. i had the same problem.. i ordered a CDRW some time back and after 3 months I was still arguing with them in regads to getting the product or getting my money back. the 7th person i dealt with after a huge run around was able to refund me my money. these guys are borederline fradulant... I don't know what they hope to accomplish by doing business. read full review »
