Wachovia bank accepted a garnishment of my bank account without notice to me and charged $50. The garnishment had to be lifted due to the fact that my bank account cannot be garnished, because I receive only disability as an income. Even though the garnishment was lifted, the bank refuses to credit the $50 back to my account. read full review »
