In May 2008, I purchased a Craftsman riding mower. I am happy with my mower, that is not the issue. The issue is when I called the warrantee department one year later to report a problem and schedule my yearly free tune-up, I was told they no longer do that but I can get 10% off of that service. I argued the obvious issue of spending $330 to get receive 10% off. The whole reason for the extended warrantee for me was this free yearly tune up considering I don't know anything about engines.
