I was really not surprised when I saw all the complaints listed. I was with AT&T for numerous years without a problem even when they changed to Cingular, no problems. Then they changed back to AT&T and everything went down hill! My phone messed up (not ringing when someone called, ringing but hanging up when I tried to answer and getting voicemails 1-2 days late) all I wanted was a new phone. I was told I would have to pay between $150-$300 for a phone which is ridiculous. A rep at the store had told me they stopped carrying my phone... read full review »
