As a consumer, you hope that someone is watching out for defective products being produced by companies and then sold to unsuspecting consumers, especially, when the manufacture KNOWS the product is defective! That's exactly what is going on here! HP knowingly sold through its retail distribution network, companies like Best Buy, in my case, TV's that had faulty circuit boards.
