I am not sure if this will help anyone, but I found a phone number to call and was able to speak with someone who promised me that my memberships to these programs will be cancelled and the charges will be refunded. The number is 1-800-685-2713. He then provided me with another number for a program that he said was Network Agenda which someone I automatically became a member to when signing up to receive the disks for a few dollars to check into this.
