I was able to get a same-day appointment for the heat and ac repair that I needed. The technician arrived within the arrival window provided and even called 30 minutes before his arrival. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fixed it right away. He was in and out within an hour, and the unit now works so much better. Also, the service charge was very reasonable.
