I attempted to order a Sony 21" monitor from them but after taking my order they never shipped the product. I tried contacting them through email and phone but no results. Their corporate number goes to a pager! The one time they picked up another line I called after they let it ring for several minutes they hung up on me after I explained my problem. I finally submitted a complaint to the BBB who wrote them a letter and they finally cancelled my order. IT was a spooky situation in that I was not able to speak with anyone and they would not tell me the status or cancel my order. read full review »
