GMAC
On July 2008, We requested to GMAC the Loan modification for our current occupy property ( Bighorn). As per the Lender GMAC there was an agreement for borrowers to pay a monthly mortgage $2, 400.00. Which Borrowers agreed to purse the Loan Modification and to pay this amount. They were about to send such payments. We called GMAC and every time some else was answering and we were receiving from GMAC different response.
