On July 2008, We requested to GMAC the Loan modification for our current occupy property ( Bighorn). As per the Lender GMAC there was an agreement for borrowers to pay a monthly mortgage $2, 400.00. Which Borrowers agreed to purse the Loan Modification and to pay this amount. They were about to send such payments.
