Not willing to refund broken, incomplete toys sold. Returned broken incomplete good on same day as purchase and was forced into taking a different product, I did not want - otherwise I had to wait a couple of days for them to do a eft in my bank account - without any assurance that I will in fact be refunded - also after I bought it cash and the money I spent was still in the till, as it was the same day. Terrible service and really no copncern that they sell broken goods. They don't care about consumer rights. read full review »
