Am unable to find order form for this trial offer since no confirmation was sent & I failed to write it down. I ordered Extreme Acai Berry & Colon XR for S&H only of $5.95. It was rec'd, then the Acai Berry came again in December and again on 1/2/09. After checking my credit card acct, saw that $89.13 was being charged. Called this company and spoke to Pristine (801-208-7485). She advised that if they weren't called within 14 days of the free trial, they automatically send it (acai only) and charge your credit card.
