Placed an order on 12/14/08 and 4 days later received a letter to call them. Tried calling and getting through to their hold dept. 8 different times and could not get through. The number on their web site 800-821-5744, I have never been able to get through on. Here it is 3 weeks later and I still haven't been able to straighten out my order. This company has got to have the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I'm just wondering if they're going bankrupt? read full review »
