Dion McCormick and partner Jack Stoker leased offices listed as "Executive Suites" in their ads. Two months before the lease was over they sold the furniture from the front lobby, refrigerator from the kitchen and conference furniture. Repeated emails from the tenants was ignored. When some of the tenants refused to pay the last two months lease because of this, Dion Mc Cormick and Jack Stoker took them to small claims court.
