I purchased a scooter for my nephews birthday. When it arrived I wrapped and brought to the party. When my sister-inlaw opened to put together pieces were broken off. I emailed and did not receive a reply. Finally a week later I got a reply asking for pictures. I sent pictures and then another week goes by before i received a reply saying to return to them. I returned and they never sent me a new one or refund. They have a an F rating with the BBB's. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMERS! read full review »
