This company is nearly impossible to contact. I was on hold for 10 minutes and then disconected, when I tried to call back the line was busy for 30 minutes. I finally got thru and spoke to a representative after 45 minutes. I placed the trial order of Acai Nutraburst and was to pay $4.95 S & P ONLY. I called to cancel the product and was advised $74.94 had already been charged to my account they would not refund the money. To make things worse, the product does not work.
