Got a call from Ic Systems Inc. today claiming to be collection agency from Target. After finding out I have been unemployed and have no source of income, representative claimed I stole from Target since I wasn't paying my bill. With unemployment in Florida at over 10% and actively seeking employment, I deeply am insulted by remarks like that. I am not in my situation because I want to be unemployed, and always had a stellar credit rating until I got laid off. Someone needs to do something about rude, insensitive collectors like this. read full review »
