After being members for 30 years with CSAA we decided we could get better premiums for our 2 cars through AARP. We notified CSAA with the form letter that AARP provides to notify current providers of auto insurance that coverage is being changed. We sent this letter in to CSAA in April because our insurance comes up for renewal in May. We have received a bill for 184.00 stating our insurance has been cancelled with them DUH!
