TDBanknorth is employing predatory fee programs now during the downturn in the economy. I noticed that TDBanknorth had withdrawn $15 from my account and called it a "Service Charge." I hadn't had any service charges in years because it wasn't a feature of my account. I called customer service. They told me that they had assessed the fee because my checking account balance dipped below $100 that month.
