Our son was hit by an Encompass driver and it was a nightmare trying to get them to pay for the damages to his car. The claims rep lied repeatedly about the check being sent, when it didn't arrive he claimed he had to stop payment and that would take time. It took repeated phone calls to get them to respond. We were ready to file suit against the driver and that was the only way to get them to pay. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT DESERVE YOUR BUSINESS. read full review »
