Do not order from these guys! I took a chance with them since all I cared about is price not service, they fail on both! I placed my order Monday 16 Oct, assuming retail, since the website didn't say otherwise. They call and say I can upgrade from OEM to Retail and that they would expedite shipping and assure I have the latest version of the motherboard (meaning they would flash the bios, like I can't do that).
