I was 100% dissatisfied with Executive Cameras. What attracted me to their website was their prices. I ordered a Hitachi video camcorder. When I ordered the camera it was listed as "in-stock." However after waiting two weeks when I was suppose to have it delivered in 10 days I was told it was never in stock. The company never notified me of this prior to me contacting them.
