I ordered a film from np247 in 2003, which I duly received before Christmas and was happy until I opened it. It was the wrong film! Contacted np247 and was told where to return it to. I did this about a week later. I never received a refund nor have I any store credit!!! After MANY e-mails being ignored I gave up, around £40 out of pocket!!! read full review »
