Hello. I ordered the Heel Stick and free grooming package and they said I should receive it in about six weeks. It has been a month in a half and I still have not received it. Every time I call I cannot find anyone useful. They keep redirecting me to another agency or number. I just want what I ordered. I decided to file a complaint against the company. Hopefully, I will get someone's attention who can help me get what I ordered. I will also follow up with a complaint with the USPS. read full review »
