My most recent CapitalOne Credit Card statement included the following item: 20 Jun Grant Masters 800-926-0273 $38.34. I did not recognize this charge and called the 800 number to cancel whatever it was and demand a refund. I was assured that I would receive a refund in "7 to 10 days". My confirmation number is 071309-10251664. Shortly thereafter, I received an e-mail confirming my cancellation.
