I received a call at my work from someone stating he was with National Advance Payday. This operator told me I opened a payday loan for $300 with them on November 27, 2008 (Thanksgiving!!!), and that I now owed $595. This operator told me they had emailed me at least 15 times, yet would not prodice an email for me to see. In addition, he stated that my file had been turned over to an attorney two months ago, yet I have never seen anything in writing.
