I submitted an order for a pair of sunglasses. I incorrectly imput my credit card info and the order came back declined. I cancelled the order and now they claim that I owe 20% of the order, otherwise they would send it to collections. Correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't they wait for payment before they request the order? read full review »
