You may have seen it on your bank statement (as I did) as "MVQ*CLUBSAVE". There is probably also a number next to it that of course you can't speak with an actual person, it just tells you to enter either your mem#, phone#, or credit card# you used. I tried putting in my phone # but it told me that my number wasn't in their system, go figure.
