I received a foreclosure notice from them. Does anyone knows about mortgage notes ? Yes, they DON'T HAVE OUR MORTGAGE NOTES, therefore they can not foreclose on anything. I wanted to purchase my house, get away from the vultures so I requested the blue ink copy or my mortgage note for months. Spent hours with people from India. They never responded. I stop to pay the mortgage because that is the only way to know if they have the note. read full review »
